Ed is the Chairman and CEO of TISB. Ed has had a long interest in public affairs and has been involved in other groups endeavoring to support issues key to small business and free enterprise.

He is majority owner and CEO of Courtesy Settlement Services LLC and President and CEO of ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America) SmartLender LLC, a joint venture bewteen Courtsey and ICBA Mortgage Corp.
